Shipping & Returns

At HHGrafix, we're committed to providing high-quality custom products and exceptional customer care. As a small business, each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail, and we appreciate your understanding of the policies that enable us to operate efficiently.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items (including embroidery and printed apparel) are final sale. Since these items are made specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Double-check sizing, spellings, and design choices to ensure accuracy.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we'll make it right.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • If approved, a replacement will be issued within 5–7 business days

We carefully inspect and log each order before shipping, but we understand that issues can occasionally happen during transit.

 

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom items, we accept exchanges only (no refunds) within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging and condition

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please get in touch with us to initiate the exchange process.
