Shipping & Return Policy
At HHGdesigns, we value your satisfaction. However, due to the personalized nature of our embroidery products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
**Custom Orders**
Because each custom order is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there are damages or defects upon delivery. Please-check your order details before completing your purchase.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. To process an exchange, we will need photos of the damage. Once we verify that the item is indeed damaged, we will process your replacement within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that we thoroughly inspect and log each order before shipping.
**Non-Custom Items**
For non-custom items, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, as long as they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
